The hotel is brilliantly located right next to the games room and sauna, with clean and comfortable rooms but slightly different from the online images. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff driving us to the lift every morning. The dining was brilliant and tasty, though lacking in hot options. Perfect for accessing the ski lifts and shopping, this hotel has a fantastic location.

The service was exceptional, with staff who drove us to the lift every morning and were lovely, offering the best breakfast. The location is perfect, close to town and a 3-minute walk to Super Morzine. Dining was excellent, with a large selection to please everyone, and facilities were top-notch.

The service here is top-notch, with polite, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional staff who provide some of the best food always with a smile. The location is brilliant, right in the center of Morzine, perfect for accessing ski lifts and shopping. The dining experience, though fairly good value, may lack hot options. Overall, a great value for money hotel with wonderful service and a perfect location for both skiing and exploring the town.
